Trees needs to be reduced in height by a third and brought in from overhanging area at rear of property, particularly considering that the adjacent building will be carrying out building works and the client prefers the tree to be cut to their specification versus having building contractors cut the tree potentially "badly". Tree is approximately 28 foot tall and wants to be reduced to about 20 foot and equally brought in on the sides to have a balanced result.

T9 Oak - Fell and treat stump with eco-plugs The above tree works are proposed as a remedy to the ongoing and persistent differential foundation movement at the insured property and to ensure the long-term stability of the building. You will note that since the last application was refused (now subject to appeal and claim in compensation - see attached claim letter and Appeal reference letter) damage has now recommenced with active and obvious downward rotational movement (see point 3 on the attached monitoring). Insurers understanding the requirement to offer replacement planting in the event consent to fell is granted.

Base checked on west side sounds hollow, access for decay detection restricted. Deadwood and dieback in canopy. Subsiding limbs on south side. Management recommendation - consider felling/check with resistograph/remove deadwood, reduce subsiding limbs by 3m as minimum works.

To reduce secondary branches of leaning limb towards properties by approx. 2.5-3 metres (to approx. red line on photo); Reasons: To reduce encroachment onto property and garden of 13 Hastings Close; to reduce amount of shade & debris being cast onto property & garden.

Variation of condition 27 of planning permission APP/P1805/W/20/3245111 allowed on appeal 09/02/2021 (LPA 16/1132): FROM: No more than 99 dwellings shall be occupied until the junction of the A448/ Whitford Road/ Perryfields Road has been altered in accordance with the plan Whitford Road/ Perryfields Road proposed junction arrangement ref 461451-D-014, and until a pedestrian crossing on the A448 has been provided in accordance with the plan Potential A448 signalised crossing ref 7033-SK-015 revision A. AMEND TO: No more than 250 dwellings shall be occupied until the junction of the A448/ Whitford Road/ Perryfields Road has been altered in accordance with the plan Whitford Road/ Perryfields Road proposed junction arrangement ref 461451-D-014, and until a pedestrian crossing on the A448 has been provided in accordance with the plan Potential A448 signalised crossing ref 7033-SK-015 revision A.

Variation of condition 25 of planning permission APP/P1805/W/20/3245111 allowed on appeal 09/02/2021 (LPA 16/1132): FROM: No part of the development shall be occupied until the junction of Fox Lane/ Rock Hill has been altered in accordance with the scheme for a roundabout shown on the plan Fox Lane/ Rock Hill schematic ref 7033- SK-005 revision F. AMEND TO: No more than 49 dwellings (of which, no more than 30 shall be for private sale and no more than 19 shall be for affordable housing) shall be occupied until the junction of Fox Lane/Rock Hill has been altered in accordance with the temporary scheme show on the plan 7033-WSP-HGN-00-SK-C-0022. Thereafter, no more than 200 dwellings (of which, no more than 120 shall be for private sale and no more than 80 shall be for affordable housing) shall be occupied until the junction of Fox Lane/Rock Hill has been altered in accordance with the scheme for a roundabout shown on the plan Fox Lane/Rock Hill schematic scheme ref 7033- SK-005 revision G and ancillary drawings 7033-s278-701 rev C02, 2015804 AGE- ZZ-XX-DR-X-0002, 0003, 0004, 0005, 0006 REV C02.

T1-T2 oak both growing close to each other and creating a single canopy together, up to 2.5 mtr all over reduction back to relevent growth points, T1 looks like it was pollarded some years ago so back to old pollard point but leaving growth.

Ash tree - reduce canopy as highlighted in the attached description - approximately 4-5m leaving an even smaller crown.
