There is an oak tree on our boundary with Lasercomb and it has grown over the building and it is potentially going to create damage to our roof. We have spoken to RD tree surgeon and they are competent to carry out the works required.

TG1 - Oak Reduce laterals on the West side of the canopy overhanging gardens by around 3.5 metres to suitable growth points. The branches heavily encroach on the neighbouring properties and are excessively shading gardens and dropping excessive quantities of foliage. The pruning would also benefit the group of trees for the balancing of the crown.

T1 - oak - red circle - reduce by 2 metres all round and lift to 4 metres. This tree was pollarded when the houses were built. It has grown to a stage where it need a maintenance prune

T1 BEECH TREE - FELLING DEAD TREE

T1 Yew Crown reduction to balance where needed, concentrating on house and garden side mainly. targeting over extended branches to bring into shape. T2 Cherry Tree is splitting out at base and leaning in trees towards road fell needed.

T1. Large Copper Beech at front of property- it was noted that a large bough had broken off the tree on 23/05/26 and although the tree appeared to be healthy, it was noted that the bough was very large and heavy and hence the reason for falling. So recommended work is for tree branches to be cut back to points of new growth, keeping shape and tree visually aesthetic. Tree to be lifted all round, off pathway and away from street lights etc. Tree to be dead wooded, removing the smaller branches out of the tree. T2. Dying Oak tree at the front of property - to be dead wooded and cut back to point of living growth to encourage further new growth and prolong life of tree
