We confirm that T1 Cypress was removed in April 2023 and T8 Sycamore removed in May 2023. Therefore, given the latest movements there can be absolutely no doubt that this is a subsidence event relating to the tree under your control. Insurers understanding the requirement to offer replacement planting in the event consent to fell is granted.
