Mature European Larch (Larix decidua), height 20m, canopy spread 7m, has white marks on trunk at base on east side, possible mycelium growth (inspection inhibited by hedge). Base checked on west side sounds hollow, access for decay detection restricted. Deadwood and dieback in canopy. Subsiding limbs on south side. Management recommendation - consider felling/check with resistograph/remove deadwood, reduce subsiding limbs by 3m as minimum works.
