T1 Oak - 3m reduction. There is evidence of decay at the base of the tree and the bark is coming away.

T11 - Oak - discussion with tree officer on tree safety and then also what is the best option for the tree's longevity and the neighbours at 34 and 36. Likely to require whole crown reduction/crown lift, this was previously recommended by an arborist. Would not need replacing as tree retained. T8 - Maple - removal as dead (will aim to retain part of trunk as standing dead wood) T13 - Willow - removal of large partially detached limb, removal at location of the tear. Would not need replacing as tree retained. T21 - Maple - discussion with tree officer as to best option for the tree in the long term. Is this crown reduction? Would not need to replace as tree retained.

Tree 1 Purple Leaf Plum, Fell. It is positioned on the straight driveway entrance. The previous owners of the neighbouring land are erecting a fence that will block this entrance entirely. Without removing this tree, there will be insufficient space for vehicles to enter safely. Removal will allow the driveway to be widened, ensuring safe and practical access. Tree 2 Cypress, Remove to bark level (stump cut). Restricts access to the narrow left-hand driveway, which will become the only usable entrance once the straight driveway is blocked. Removal will improve vehicle access, visibility, and safety, and prevent further damage to vehicles and property.

The tree has lots of reactive growth from works and we request permission to thin internal growth by 25% and thin tip growth to allow more light to pass through, also tidy epi growth on lower stem, slight prune over corner of building to creat gap of 2.5mtrs

I have a line of trees on my driveway, stretching down to the road. My neighbours who live at 53, Brookhouse Road have stated that one of the trees waves in bad weather and they are concerned that it may fall onto their property. I live in a conservation area.

Boundary shrubbery. Hazels coppice Laurel, Yew and Hawthorn - reduce and shape by 30%. Removed drbris. T1 Alder to reduce and shape crown by 30% to 40%. Remove any deadwood. Crow clean and thin. Remove debris. Holly tree to be pruned.
