Oak Tree - T24 under TPO No.71 (1991) - Remove overhang branches from tree in front garden of property that over hang the buildings roof. Cutting back by at least 1-2m to a suitable growth point to match the previous work, that has been carried out on the neighbours side of the same tree.

The tree appears to be a European Beech Tree. It is situated in the back garden of No: 9 at the boundary between 7B and 9 Plymouth Road. It has grown in size and requires a crown lifting and crown reduction. The tree is very close to No: 9 and the crown is very low stopping light getting to plants below. Permission is sought to lift and reduce the tree crown.

Removal of 5 trees due to them being dead, brittle and crumbling away. Trees unidentified due to them being brown and dead.

The tree is located at the bottom of the rear garden and the tree species is unknown. Over the years the tree roots have damaged the rear wall which has now had buttresses installed and the tree has also now grown over an electricity cable which is situated at height. Following discussions with National Grid they have confirmed that they would prefer the tree to be removed and a new power cable installed.

Large tree to front of property with branches now overhanging road. Concern is that they might damage a high sided vehicle travelling on Newfield Road. We wish to apply to trim some of these branches and some that are very low hanging over our driveway again posing a risk to larger vehicles.
