Professional Recommendation Based upon my inspection and the additional evidence revealed during the authorised works, I consider that the condition and risk profile of T3, T10, T14, T15, T16 and T17 should no longer be assumed to be represented by the earlier ground level assessment without further review. T3. Sycamore-Acer pseudoplatanus. Early Mature. Significant ivy covering on stem, stripped from base to 2m, inspection of upper stem restricted Occluded pruning wounds. Now exposed by T1 removal. Large pruning wound at base with decay. Tree lean, crown loading and structural imbalance. Fell. T10. Sycamore-Acer pseudoplatanus. Mature. Significant ivy covering on stem, cleared from base to 2.5m, inspection of upper stem restricted Occluded pruning wounds evident. Crown condition, deadwood and evidence of physiological stress or dieback. Similarities between external symptoms present on retained trees and defects subsequently exposed within felled trees. Changes in exposure and wind loading resulting from removal of neighbouring trees. Fell. T14. Pedunculate oak-Quercus robur. Mature. Historic pruning wound at 1.5m, occluded. Inspection restricted by ivy, stripped from base to 2.5m to allow inspection. Proximity and direction of fall towards foreseeable targets, particularly the adjoining highway and pedestrian areas. Similarities between external symptoms present on retained trees and defects subsequently exposed within felled trees. Fell. T15. European lime Tilia x europaea. Mature. Inspection restricted by ivy on trunk, stripped from base to 2.5m to allow Inspection. Major deadwood in canopy. (Possibly offsite as outside of fence). Fell. Establish boundary. T16.
