Proposing to remove the oak tree to as close to ground level as possible and retain the stump. The oak tree proposed for removal is referred to as T2 on the accompanying arboricultrural report.

T1 Oak Tree - 30% crown reduction required, remove epicormic growth on main stem.

Oak Tree - 5-6 metre crown lift is required as branches are overhanging the road and hitting larger vans and lorries.

I believe that the tree you refer to is T37 or T38 of the attached order therefore an application will be required. To clear tree from adjacent property. (Minimum 2m clearance)
