Large holly located next to LV pole. Reduce height of Holly to 2M Below line, side prune back to main stem any holly within live zone. Remove Ivy climbing up holly and towards conductor. Sever at base of pole.

Replace roof to dormer bungalow with new roof structure and dormer windows at a steeper pitch to create a more usable space. The new roof to also incorporate solar panels. There is also a new window added to the ground floor on the left hand side.

Salix babylonica (Weeping willow) growing in front of 49 Crumpfields Lane is subject to a tree preservation order, and is now in need of pruning since work on it was last approved in 2021. Re growth has been vigorous and some branches are overhanging the road and neighbouring property. Once permitted we plan to ask Redditch Tree Surgeons to do the necessary pruning.
