Tree is a mature English Oak Description of works: light mid crown thinning Other observation of residents of Vicarage Gardens, is proximity of tree branches to residence '1 Church House', this is observed in the photos on page 2.

Having sought advice from locally based tree surgeons I have been informed that the tree requires significant work. I have been informed by all that I should request from yourselves a Crown thinning, Crown reduction and Crown Lift. Removal of dead and loose branches. This request follows complaints from neighbours of damage caused to building roof due to falling branches and debris, excessive fouling of family areas by birds. The tree and general size is seriously affecting the wellbeing of 4 neighbouring addresses in addition to the applicatnts address. The tree is now over hanging livening accommodation and this is raising questions with House and Buildings Insurance policies.

Pedunculate oak (Quercus robur) tree on site - identified on plan. It has been recommended by qualified tree surveyor to fell this tree to eliminate risk

Ash T10 (T81 on TPO) - Reduce height to approx. 8m and retain side branches below 8m. Reasons: Recommended remedial works following survey undertaken 11/12/25. Major stem decay liable to future failure, within falling distance of adjacent gardens.

Oak tree in rear right of garden. Client and all surrounding neighbours would like tree removed desperately due to shadowing, grass and outside areas suffering, constant deadwood falling and acorns and debris.

T1 - Scotts pine Client wishes for the tree to be removed due to signs of die back in the upper canopy and the proximity to the property. There is a concern that the tree may be prone to larger limbs failing. Tree is best viewed from in the rear garden.

T1 Cedar. target prune leggy growth to balance and reduce end weight. tree lost a few limbs in recent storms and also haas large historic wound at base. pruning will vary from 1-3mtrs on leggy ends and cluster at top to balance. see photo for approx proposed reduction points.
