Single Storey Rear extension to the existing property

Oak tree is leaning towards my neighbour's bungalow at an angle of approximately 24 degrees from the vertical, so I'm concerned that should it fall, for example, due to wind, it would land on my neighbour's property. Therefore, I suggest that the height of the tree is reduced again and the new growth springing from the trunks is pruned.

Willow tree planted 9 years ago in the corner of front garden was situated badly. Remove completely as it is growing too close to over head cables and potentially causing damage with roots to neighbours gates, road surface on Victoria Road and the water metre circled in red on photo. Will plant three fruit trees around the property and away from obstruction.

T1 Pine, subtle target prune to reduce away from property. 3 lower limbs. lowest by roughly 2.5mtrs
