Removal of conservatory and erection of single storey extension; window changes to front elevation

Silver Leafed Lime Tree. Reduce the crown in height back to the earlier reduction points approximately 4m lower. Cut back several boughs overhanging the property to give a clearance of 5m Raise the crown over the pavement and road way to give a clearance of 6m

Both trees are oak trees and are the only trees on the front drive of property number 28. Both trees were last cut in September 2022 4 years ago so this is good neighbourly tree maintenance because as you can see from my plan Tree A is blocking light from number 30. Both trees would need the whole crown cutting by at least 30% as they are getting way out of control.

Crown reduction and re-balance of 2-2.5 meters of the yew tree

T1 Willow - pollard tree at approx 7m

T1 - Fell the multi-stem Willow to just above ground level. T2- Lift the mixed species tree line next to the Willow by approx 5m

The tree that requires reduction boarders Wythall Park and Dells Farm. As such we believe that this tree may be captured under order (No.9) 2008.

Demolition and replacement of existing dwellinghouse

Erection of a lean to on the side of the garage and a standalone workshop in the garden. Fence Replaced and repositioned.

Various works to 1 x Yew tree, 1x lime, 3 x Holly T1 (yew) - reduce and reshape crown by 20% T2 (lime) - re-pollard back to previous points T3-5 (hollies) - reduce/reshape back to previous pruning points.

Construction of single storey rear extension and loft conversion in variation of the approved plan references in condition 2 of planning permission reference 25/0113FUL. The proposed variation of design involves the installation of 3 rooflights in the western side elevation roof plane and 3 rooflights in the eastern side elevation roof plane and the omission of the most northerly of the two roof lanterns.
