T1 + T2 Beech Trees - Reduce back by 3m to help clear the carriageway. Heavy squirrel damage and a limb has failed and landed in the road. T3 Oak - Cut back from property by2m, thin and deadwood. T4 Oak - Thin and remove lowest limb which is causing damage to Beech trees.

T1 Pine. we previously carried out proposed works and discovered a huge cavity, so we need to remove the dangerous limb.

T1 Oak - 30% crown reduction and deadwood. T2 Chestnut 30% crown reduction and deadwood. T3/4 Oaks (BACK GARDEN). To pollard very close to other large pine trees.trying to get some natural light into the garden again.

Taxus baccata (Yew tree) in front of the house by the bridle path Carry out a complete crown reduction of 50% shortening boughs back to suitable junctions to leave a compact balanced crown. This work is required due to the very close proximity of the tree to the building (within 1m and in direct contact with the walls and roof lines).

Ginko (T9) to the front of property: to be reduced by 30%

T44 - Remove failed limb which is in the field. Remove lower limb overhanging the road on North side which has cavity/wounds on both sides of union from failed branches. Remove deadwood, hanging and split branches from over road. T45 - Fell Ash tree in hedge which has had a previous failure. Appears to have ash dieback too. A stem split out landing on the road, we wish to fell the remaining tree. T81 - Ash with severe Ash dieback disease. Dense ivy up the stem. Fell to ground level. G13 (Just one ash) - Ash with decay in main stem and primary branches that are within falling distance of 11kv power line. Ash dieback, lots of deadwood in the upper crown, woodpecker holes, and fungi. Monolith at 4-5m.

Proposed Single Storey Rear Extension.

T1 - Birch, reduced back house side and over drive way by 1.5-2m to reshape into canopy line and clear back from house and driveway. T2 - Dead/declining Ash, felled to wall height stump, 2 slim stem ashes reduced in size by 1.5m-2m to suitable growth points. T3 - Sycamore, reduced in size by 2-2.5m all over, height 2.5m, sides 1.5-2m variable. T4 - Beech, reduced back from house by 2-3m into canopy line. T5 - Sycamore, over lawn pruned back by 1-1.5m over lawn side only. T6 - Sycamore, pruned over garage to clear away from roof, but retain privacy from houses behind. G1 - Various trees removed from wooded area. Dead standing stems, damaged Beech, Holly tree along fence line, Birch along fence line. retain the wooded area feel, but lessen the density to hopefully encourage some lower vegetation to grow in the area, dead and damaged trees removed for safety concerns.

Discharge of Condition 3 (Materials) of 25/00294/FUL

T1 Oak. located rear boundary of property. tree was heavily reduced historically and unfortunately has produced major reactive growth. we have been asked to crown clean internal epi growth from main stems and thin tip growth by 25%
