Trees needs to be reduced in height by a third and brought in from overhanging area at rear of property, particularly considering that the adjacent building will be carrying out building works and the client prefers the tree to be cut to their specification versus having building contractors cut the tree potentially "badly". Tree is approximately 28 foot tall and wants to be reduced to about 20 foot and equally brought in on the sides to have a balanced result.

T9 Oak - Fell and treat stump with eco-plugs The above tree works are proposed as a remedy to the ongoing and persistent differential foundation movement at the insured property and to ensure the long-term stability of the building. You will note that since the last application was refused (now subject to appeal and claim in compensation - see attached claim letter and Appeal reference letter) damage has now recommenced with active and obvious downward rotational movement (see point 3 on the attached monitoring).
