This allows us to highlight the few trees we'd like to cut quite easily; 1) A large sycamore tree close to property - Pollarding 2) A large silver birch to back right hand corner of property - Sympathetic pollarding and height reduction 3) 4 leylandii, which form part of the perimeter hedge along the left - A reduction in overall height to allow more natural light into garden 4) A fir tree on drive - To reduce the height a little We intend the work to be carried out by a qualified tree surgeon.

Trees along the A38 in Bromsgrove., all total 6no. trees are located on Scheme C, off Charford Rd., adjacent to KFC. They are early-mature tree generally considered reasonable trees, and one tree is recorded as being previously topped. All six trees were rated retention category B1. The TPO Trees 138 to 143 requires 5m crown lift height clearance over carriageway , and Trees 142 & 143 also requires crown reduction 3m. This will also aid the working height clearance required during the works/construction on this area.

T1 Copper Beech (Fagus Sylvatica) Overall crown reduction by 15% back to previously reduced framework, leaving suitable growers throughout out the canopy (as previous works on this tree where abit drastic) also ensure sufficient clearance is gained to the BT phone lines running roadside, thin inner crown by 10% and removal all epicormic growth, thank you.

Crown reduction required. Lower boughs have grown signifiantly and over hang the residential gardens of number 5 & 7 Alder Way. Owing to the weight of these boughs, they hang low. One is particular is now only four meters above ground height. Crown thinning required. When the tree has been thinned previously it has only been done on the owner side and not on the opposite side, over hanging residential gardens. This therefore blocks light into these gardens and also leaves the tree asymmetric and unbalanced.

AMEND TO: No more than 250 dwellings shall be occupied until the junction of the A448/ Whitford Road/ Perryfields Road has been altered in accordance with the plan Whitford Road/ Perryfields Road proposed junction arrangement ref 461451-D-014, and until a pedestrian crossing on the A448 has been provided in accordance with the plan Potential A448 signalised crossing ref 7033-SK-015 revision A.

Variation of condition 25 of planning permission APP/P1805/W/20/3245111 allowed on appeal 09/02/2021 (LPA 16/1132): FROM: No part of the development shall be occupied until the junction of Fox Lane/ Rock Hill has been altered in accordance with the scheme for a roundabout shown on the plan Fox Lane/ Rock Hill schematic ref 7033- SK-005 revision F. AMEND TO: No more than 49 dwellings (of which, no more than 30 shall be for private sale and no more than 19 shall be for affordable housing) shall be occupied until the junction of Fox Lane/Rock Hill has been altered in accordance with the temporary scheme show on the plan 7033-WSP-HGN-00-SK-C-0022. Thereafter, no more than 200 dwellings (of which, no more than 120 shall be for private sale and no more than 80 shall be for affordable housing) shall be occupied until the junction of Fox Lane/Rock Hill has been altered in accordance with the scheme for a roundabout shown on the plan Fox Lane/Rock Hill schematic scheme ref 7033- SK-005 revision G and ancillary drawings 7033-s278-701 rev C02, 2015804 AGE- ZZ-XX-DR-X-0002, 0003, 0004, 0005, 0006 REV C02.

Four London Plane (T1, T2, T3, T4.) Crown reduce back to previous reduction points (by approximately 3m). Thin crown by 20% to include any major dead wood. Lift crown to 5 meters above ground level.

Demolition of church and erection of a dwelling house and garage

Application for the variation of part of the wording of Conditions 32 and 33 of Outline Planning Application 16/0335 (allowed at appeal (Appeal Reference: APP/P1805/W/20/3265948)) to amend the occupation trigger numbers included within the aforementioned conditions comprising the following: Condition 32 Amending the occupation trigger for a roundabout at the Junction of Rock Hill / Fox Lane from 100 dwellings to 398 dwellings ; amending the occupation trigger for cycle improvements along Stourbridge Road from 100 dwellings to 153 dwellings; amending the occupation trigger for improvements at the Worcester Road / Shrubbery Road junction from 100 dwellings to 550 dwellings and; Condition 33 Amending the occupation trigger for a signal-controlled junction on the A448 Kidderminster Road from 200 dwellings to 550 dwellings; and roundabout works on the A448 Kidderminster Road from 200 dwellings to 396 dwellings.
