T1 oak, main frame pollard, Tree has shed a few large limbs over the last few years and evidence of fungal brackets to the base of the main stem. David Whittles has seen this tree and advised a main frame pollard could be beneficial to the tree to give it a chance.

Remove trees near the foul drain on the North side of the site to prevent damage to the towns drains. Possibly remove trees that could fall no neighbours property. and remove dead trees and invasive trees. remove trees that are overcrowded. and invasive trees. Holy and Ash. Prune the Ash that I should have done in the last application but did not get around to doing.

2 x Scots pine trees situated on elevated bank, retained by sheet piles. Individual tree has recently failed due to exposure and high winds, there is a concern that 2 similar trees will fail in a similar way so to exposure and limited rooting area within the embankment. The site has planning approval for residential development with plots to be constructed within falling distance of these trees. It is recommended that the 2 Scots pine trees are removed and replaced with more appropriate species such as hornbeam.

T1 - Lime tree - Lift crown to 4 metres above ground level (epicormic growth). Reason - excessive shading.

T1 - Mature English Oak - Reduce branches overhanging thatched roof garage by 2 metres. Reason - to give clearance to roof.

Proposed front, rear and side extension to the existing Bungalow. Increase in ridge height and the addition of a new rear, front and side dormer windows

Erection of 1no.two storey timber frame dwelling.

Demolition of existing buildings and erection of a residential development of up to 13 No. new dwellings

Conversion and extension of existing building to create 6 residential units with associated works

Demolition of existing building and creation of 4 bungalows for supported living (Class C2 use)

Mature Oak (T1) ??? bottom right-hand corner of the garden. Crown reduction of 2m lateral spread of branches which extend over the west side facing corner of the house and conservatory. As discussed with the Gavin Boyes Senior Tree Officer on Tuesday 8th April 2025 at 10:30 a.m. The proposal has also been discussed with Acer Tree who will undertake the work.

Demolition of existing garages and erection of 2no. new build dwellings including associated access and landscaping.
