Four London Plane (T1, T2, T3, T4.) Crown reduce back to previous reduction points (by approximately 3m). Thin crown by 20% to include any major dead wood. Lift crown to 5 meters above ground level.

Demolition of church and erection of a dwelling house and garage

Windows replaced in 2020 due to poor condition and in a state beyond repair . Like for like replacement .

Reduce and shape crowns between 2- 3 metres as required to create a balance crown. Remove epicormic growth up to first lateral branch growth for Lime Trees labelled T2 & T3 Please note trees T2 & T3 have already been identified in the original application to reduce the height of these specific Lime Trees

T1 Ash . Reduce tree by approximately 30% as done previously.

T46, T47, T48 - 3 Oaks - Reduce canopy by 3m from property - Trees overhang new extension, excessive shading. G2 - Reduce canopy by 3m from property and trim lower branches - Tree is closest to the property and gutters getting full of leaves and not a lot of light coming through.

Erection of a new detached industrial unit with associated access and hardstanding

Application for the variation of part of the wording of Conditions 32 and 33 of Outline Planning Application 16/0335 (allowed at appeal (Appeal Reference: APP/P1805/W/20/3265948)) to amend the occupation trigger numbers included within the aforementioned conditions comprising the following: Condition 32 Amending the occupation trigger for a roundabout at the Junction of Rock Hill / Fox Lane from 100 dwellings to 398 dwellings ; amending the occupation trigger for cycle improvements along Stourbridge Road from 100 dwellings to 153 dwellings; amending the occupation trigger for improvements at the Worcester Road / Shrubbery Road junction from 100 dwellings to 550 dwellings and; Condition 33 Amending the occupation trigger for a signal-controlled junction on the A448 Kidderminster Road from 200 dwellings to 550 dwellings; and roundabout works on the A448 Kidderminster Road from 200 dwellings to 396 dwellings.

Reduce the Oak tree (in red circle on map attached) by 3 meters back to the closest growth points. As per the council's instructions.

6m Single Storey Rear Extension, Max Eaves height of 2.5 and Max overall height of 3.5m

The two trees are located in the field opposite 9 Cookridge Close, Redditch, B97 6HF but the field has no address T1 - Red circle - Ash - The tree has multiple split outs and failures. It is in a public open space with footfall close by. We would like to create a framework pollard by reducing the tree by 4-5 metres. T2 - Purple circle - Oak - We would like to lift the canopy to 3 metres

Tree belongs to our neighnours 5 whitford gardens but blocks all light out of garden we want to take top of tree off.

T1 oak tree overall reduction of up to 3 mtrs to suitable growth points side hanging over No11 up to 4 mtrs to balance upper crown, tree has evidence of an old fungal bracket at the base which i was unable to identify at this point due to it being dried out. also a large limb shed on the rear boundary side in january but unsure if related, we would like to clean lower stem up to first major union also which appears to be historical new growth probably from when trees worked on during housing development. T2 oak dead wood

New 2 bedroom house on the side of the existing house (No 165 New Rd, Aston Fields, Bromsgrove)

T1 oak located to the rear of property imn No5 wheatcroft side garden. Request to carry out 25% internal thin reduce end growth by up to 1.5mtrs and thin where it has shot out reactive growth. Remove lower epi growth from stem deadwood
