This is a Section 211 notice for tree work in a conservation area in Bromsgrove and Redditch. The council has six weeks to consider whether the tree warrants a full Tree Preservation Order.

Trees in a conservation area with a trunk diameter over 75mm are automatically protected. A Section 211 notice gives the council six weeks to decide whether to make a Tree Preservation Order before work can proceed.

The applicant's own description is: fell group of laurel within woodland area. our client would like to get the woodland area to the side of the property clear of laurel and plant wild flowers.see attached plan of area.
