Large Pine close to road / pedestrian footway, the tree appears to be leaning, some what more than it originally was, may be some root plate movement, restibng on neighbouring tree. It is of great concern as it is close to public highway. Constant woory for the owner, Middlemore Tree Surgery suggested tree is felled for safety reasons. Application submitted on portal ref PP-14470700 which was registred on Uniform wrongly as a conseravtion area application (case number 25/01322/S211) when the tree is subject to TPO protection.
